Mickey & Minnie Mouse - Birthday Tea Party?

I got a cupcake order for a Mickey Mouse theme for a 6 year old little girl. I decided to do a pink and white birthday tea party theme for her. Here are some pictures of the cupcakes.

The little girl and her friends loved the cupcakes and the best compliment came from the birthday girl. She told her mum that the cake tasted like her grandma's and according to her mum, her grandma is good at baking. :)

Polka Dot

We celebrated my little girl's birthday recently. Her favourite colour is pink...so I decided to make her a brown and pink Polka Dot cake. The result...Ta Da..


This is the first time I covered a cake with fondant and I used chocolate fondant. I must say, it tasted good. My little girl was thrilled with her cake and the guests for dinner that night were also impressed. :) Well worth the effort!!

A Heart To Give

My dear sister ordered these cupcakes from me to bless children in a home she was visiting with some church friends. She requested for something very simple so I made these for her. Simple and nice. She told me that both the adults and children loved it.

Winnie the Pooh

I got an order recently for a little girl's 3rd birthday and her mum said she likes Winnie the Pooh. The little girl's favourite character is Tigger. Well, here is my first attempt at making a Winnie theme cake and cupcakes.

Back To Basic

A dear friend of my mum ordered some cupcakes from me for a party. She wanted plain cupcakes but I suggested to her to take simple ones with just a dollop of icing. I also suggested to her to take the mini ones as there will be quite a number of children at the party. Children just loves these. Simple and easy to pop into their mouths. :) Here are some pictures of the cuppies ready to be delivered.
